What is your Return Policy?
If there is ever a problem with your blanket, contact us immediately at
AtYourService@cozycalm.com or at 763-533-6125 so we can help.
If you are absolutely not satisfied with your product, return it for a refund of the product cost. The item must be in new, re-salable condition with no smells, pet hair, or wear. You pay the return cost of shipping. Refunds are paid by check only.

Exchanges
To exchange a blanket, contact us so we can help you determine the proper weight. The item must be in new, re-salable condition with no smells, pet hair,
or wear. You pay the return cost of shipping and the cost of the shipping of the new blanket. Then we can calculate the difference in weight that you need, determine the new shipping cost and adjust the price due or owed.

Can I sleep with a weighted blanket all night?
Yes, you can. The blanket can help you get to sleep and helps you get back to sleep if you wake up. Customers have told us that they or their children sleep through the night when they didn’t before.
Can the Cozy Calm weighted blanket be machine washed/dried?
Yes. You can wash on cold. The blanket can be dried on tumble dry or low heat only. You can also hang to dry.
Do you use food products or metal as the filling?

Can I heat a Cozy Calm blanket in the microwave?
No. The plastic beads inside will melt.
If you want to heat the weighted blanket, put it in the dryer for 10 minutes.
Will the beads come out?
Not likely. The inner liner is strong fabric sewn with industrial strength thread. It also has an outer liner that further protects it.
Are they safe?
Yes, if you follow safety measures as you would with any weight on the body. Do not use an overly heavy blanket that could impede movement or breathing. Do not cover the face or neck. Do not roll up in the blanket. You must be able to get out from under the blanket easily with your own strength. Consult a doctor if the person has breathing problems or other medical conditions that could be compromised by having weight on the body.
Is the weight evenly distributed?
In a Cozy Calm weighted blanket, the weight is sewn in small intervals so the material doesn’t slosh from one end to the other.
How does the blanket feel?
The Cozy Calm blankets are soft and they are pliable so they conform to natural curves of the body like an overall hug.
Will my health insurance cover a weighted blanket?
In some cases, your insurance may cover the cost. Check on our medical insurance page.
