Purchase orders are welcome

Instructions:

1. If you are a tax exempt entity in Minnesota, please call to set up a tax-exempt account first.
   
2. Simply "buy" the blanket in the store as if you are using a credit card, but you choose the payment method "Purchase Order" then enter the PO number.
   
3. Fax the PO to 763-951-3165 or send your PO to customerservice@cozycalm.com or mail to Cozy Calm, 6616 Hillsboro Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55428
4. Once we have received your order and the PO, we will get your blankets in queue to be made.
