How to choose the correct size and weight
Below is the weight chart. Keep in mind that the weight on the body will differ depending on the surface area of the blanket. For example, a twin and a double of the same weight will feel differently. The same weight in a twin will feel heavier because it is spread over a smaller surface area.

How to choose the right fabric
Our Softress weighted blankets are super soft, lint and pet hair-resistant, and they stand up to repeat washings.
The hospital grade fabric is fluid-proof so they can be wiped down with antibacterial soap or germicide. The blanket is soft and pliable so it doesn't feel medical. They are perfect for a hospital, clinic, or group home setting.
Softress is our most luxurious fabric and the most practical if you have pets since it is pet hair resistant. Any pet hair that does get on the blanket doesn't stick into the fibers as easily like it may with fleece. The hair can be wiped off with your hand.
